RNA Regulatory Networks

Home

Welcome! We are the Laboratory of RNA Regulatory Networks at the Department of Cellular, Computational and Integrative Biology, University of Trento, Italy, led by Erik Dassi.

We are a computational biology lab, and our research interests are in post-transcriptional regulatory networks and the RNA-mediated interplay of RNA-binding proteins governing such networks. We focus on how this interplay is affected in the onset and progression of cancer and the role it plays in driving disease states.

This website contains information and news about our work and projects. You can see further information about us (see the About page), and a complete list of publications.
